You can choose a monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription, with free features available to get started. Our pricing page shows current prices and device allowances, so you can compare the options before deciding what fits your family and budget.
You can subscribe through Google Play or the App Store in the parent app, or through our official pricing page. Prices and renewal details are shown before purchase, so you can understand the cost before choosing a plan for your family.
Seeing a different price can be confusing. Unless the offer says otherwise, promotional discounts apply only to the first billing period; renewals use the standard price. Our checkout discount guide explains the difference. If the amount still doesn’t match the offer, contact us with a checkout screenshot before paying so we can help clarify it.
We understand it’s worrying to pay and still see Premium inactive. The payment may still be processing, or your purchase may need to be matched to your account. Contact our support team with your FlashGet account and payment receipt so we can check. Please avoid paying again while we investigate to prevent a duplicate charge.
If auto-renewal is on, your subscription renews automatically, so you don’t need to renew it manually. If it has expired or auto-renewal is off, you can renew through the parent app or our official website. Check the current price and renewal terms before confirming.
You can turn off auto-renewal whenever your family’s needs change. Cancel through the platform where you subscribed: Google Play, the App Store, or our official website. If you’re unsure how, our subscription management guide can help.
If your trial or subscription has expired, you can still use free features and renew when you need Premium again. If your subscription is still active or you can’t access your account, contact our support team with your account email and a screenshot of the message so we can help clarify what’s happening.
If the subscription isn’t right for your family, you can request a refund through the platform where you purchased it. For Google Play or App Store purchases, submit your request to Google Play or Apple. For website purchases, or if you’re unsure where you paid, contact our support team with your FlashGet account, payment receipt, and reason for the request. We’ll help you understand the next steps.
