If you subscribe to the FlashGet Kids service via Google Pay on your Android device, you have to manage it in Play Store. By following these steps:
- Open Play Store
- Click on your account,
- Go to Payments and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find FlashGet Kids for parent and you can manage your subscriptions.
What you can do?
- See when your subscription will renew automatically.
- Cancel your subscription.
If you do not see FlashGet Kids for parent, please make sure you are signed into the correct Google account.
How to manage subscription on Apple Store?
If you subscribe to the FlashGet Kids service via Apple Pay on your iOS device, you can manage your subscription by following the steps below.
Steps:
Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscription on your iOS device and you will see the FlashGet Kids for parent subscription.

- See when your subscription will renew automatically.
- Choose monthly, quarterly, or annual billing.
- Cancel your subscription.
- If you can’t find your FlashGet Kids for parent subscription, make sure you are signed in with the correct Apple ID.
How to cancel subscription by Credit Card/PayPal?
If you want to cancel the subscription by Credit Card or PayPal, please read the following instruction:
1: Open Sign-In Website and enter your Email Address and Password to sign in.
2: Scroll down, find FlashGet Kids in FlashGet Products Info, and tap “Cancel subscription.”
3: Tap “Yes” to confirm.
