Yes, you can keep your existing parent account when your child changes phones. The new phone needs its own installation and setup. If your plan allows only one child device, unlink the old phone before linking the new one. The same applies whenever you’ve reached your plan’s device limit. Available features may change if your child switches between Android and iOS.
You can get connected again by reinstalling the child app on your child’s phone and completing setup, including the required permissions. If anything is unclear, our support team can help you restore the connection.
Waiting for a verification code can be frustrating. Email delays or filtering may keep it from arriving. Check that your email address is correct and look in your spam or junk folder. Our verification code guide offers further help. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact our support team from the email address you used to register so we can help you complete verification.
We support over 20 languages. Sign in to the app to explore the available language options. You can also contact our support team to confirm whether your current version supports your preferred language.
We can help you work out which permissions need restoring, but they must be enabled on your child’s phone. Our support team can’t turn them on remotely. If you’re having trouble, we’ll guide you through what’s needed.
Updates are completed on your child’s phone. For Android, get the latest child app from flashget.app; for iPhone or iPad, update FlashGet Kidsafe through the App Store. Our update guide can walk you through it, and we’re here to help if you get stuck. Updates can’t be installed remotely.
We know a failed connection is frustrating, especially when you want to check on your child. Here’s a detailed connection guide to help you. Live features need connectivity and permissions; iPhone screen sharing also needs your child’s approval. In addition, our support team is always ready to assist you.
Seeing a different price can be confusing. Unless the offer says otherwise, promotional discounts apply only to the first billing period; renewals use the standard price. Our checkout discount guide explains the difference. If the amount still doesn’t match the offer, contact us with a checkout screenshot before paying so we can help clarify it.
We understand it’s worrying to pay and still see Premium inactive. The payment may still be processing, or your purchase may need to be matched to your account. Contact our support team with your FlashGet account and payment receipt so we can check. Please avoid paying again while we investigate to prevent a duplicate charge.
If your family no longer needs the child app, please refer to our uninstall guide. If you have any questions during the process, contact our support team using the email address linked to your FlashGet account. We’ll guide you based on your child’s device setup.
If your child uses an iPhone or iPad, FlashGet Kids offers location tracking, geofence alerts, screen sharing, usage reports, and controls for screen time, apps, and web content. You can focus on what your family needs most. Screen sharing needs your child’s approval; some features require Premium, Full Mode setup with a computer, or both.
Android and iPhone allow apps to work differently, so some features vary. A missing feature doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve set something up incorrectly. For example, Camera Viewing is available on Android, while iPhone screen sharing requires your child’s approval. The child’s device determines which options you can use.
An invalid or expired pairing code doesn’t necessarily mean your child’s iPhone is unsupported. Full Mode uses a six-digit pairing code, which is different from the nine-digit device binding code. If pairing still fails, our log guide explains how to collect diagnostic logs for support. Send them to help@flashget.com so we can investigate and guide you through the next steps.
