How to get the logs in FlashGet Kids Activator?
For Windows User:
Step 1. Make sure the FlashGet Kids Activator version is no less than 1.0.3.0. To check the version on Windows, you can:
- Go to Windows menu> Settings > Apps & features > FlashGet Kids Activator.



Step 2. If the version is less than 1.03.0 on your Windows, please go to https://www.flashget.app/activator to update your FlashGet Kids Activator



Step 3. After opening the FlashGet Kids Activator, find and right-click the FlashGet Kids icon in the system tray at the bottom right of the desktop.



Step 4. A menu will pop up with an option. Click “Send Error Logs.”



Step 4. After clicking the Send Error Logs, please attach the zipped files to the email.



Step 5. Include your information in the email and send the zipped file via email to: help@flashget.com
For Mac users
Step 1. Make sure the FlashGet Kids Activator version is no less than 1.0.0.2. To check the version on Mac, you can
- Open the FlashGet Kids Activator, and click the app’s name in the menu bar at the top of your screen and then click About FlashGet Kids Activator



Step 2. If the version is less than 1.0.0.2 on your Mac, you can go to https://www.flashget.app/activator to update your FlashGet Kids Activator.



Step 3. Click “Send Error logs” in the menu bar at the top of your screen.



Step 4. Please attach the Zipped logs to the email after clicking “Send Error Logs.”
