How to get the logs in FlashGet Kids Activator?
For Windows user:
Step 1. Open the FlashGet Kids Activator, find and right-click the FlashGet Kids icon in the system tray at the bottom right of the desktop.



Step 2. A menu will pop up with an option. Click “Send Error Logs.”



- Tips : If you don’t see the option “Send Error Logs” on your Windows, please visit https://www.flashget.app/activator to update your FlashGet Kids Activator.



Step 3. After clicking the Send Error Logs, please attach the zipped files to the email.



Step 4. Include your information in the email and send the zipped file via email to: help@flashget.com
For Mac users
Step 1. Open the FlashGet Kids Activator, and click the app’s name in the menu bar at the top of your screen and then click “Send Error Logs.“
