Accessibility Permission is important to support FlashGet Kids features. So it’s necessary to keep the Accessibility permission on the green toggle on your kid’s device.
What to do if FlashGet Kids Accessibility permission is not working?
Follow the paths to reset Accessibility permission.
You can click “Accessibility Permission,” then you can redirect to the Accessibility Permission Settings.
Different Android devices may vary in Accessibility Permission paths. The two paths to reset Accessibility Permissions are as follows.
Tips: Resetting Accessibility Permission will also automatically go back to FlashGet Kids for the child.
Path 1
Step 1. Go to “Settings” on the phone.
Step 2. Go to “ACCESSIBILITY” > “FlashGet Kids.”
Step 3. Turn off the toggle ,then reboot your kid’s phone.
Step 4. After restarting your kid’s phone, go back to Settings > ACCESSIBILITY > FlashGet Kids, turn on the toggle again.
Path 2
Step 1. Open “Settings” of your kid’s phone.
Step 2. Find “Accessibility” > “Installed apps.”
Step 3. And then Find FlashGet Kids. Turn off the toggle and then reboot your kid’s phone.
Step 4. After restarting your kid’s phone, go back to Settings > ACCESSIBILITY > Installed apps > FlashGet Kids, turn on the toggle again.
